The sports nutrition space is one of the most competitive corners of Indian eCommerce. Cluttered, noisy, and unforgiving to brands that don't immediately inspire trust. Transformium Nutrition had a strong product lineup of 30+ SKUs but a website that wasn't doing justice to any of them. Managing inventory across six categories, handling payments, and converting a mobile-first audience was proving impossible on their existing setup. We stepped in with a complete Shopify revamp, dark, bold, and built for the gym-going consumer who browses on their phone.


Every design decision was intentional. The dark aesthetic matched the brand's identity and stood out in a sea of white wellness stores. Navigation was restructured around the way customers actually shop, by goal and by category, making discovery effortless across 30+ products. We integrated full inventory management, multi-mode payments including UPI and wallets, a product authentication feature, wish list functionality, bundle ordering, and a Best Sellers collection to guide first-time buyers. The store didn't just look the part. It performed.
